Find the right mill for the product
We start with the technical brief, quantity, destination and commercial target. A producer suited to one construction may not suit another. We assess relevant mills and factories for capability, capacity, minimums, cost and the controls the order requires.
Compare costs and agree terms
We seek practical options and discuss their tradeoffs with the buyer. We coordinate costing and negotiate with the selected producer on price, minimum quantity, lead time, sampling and payment milestones. The contract, payment responsibilities and exporter of record are made clear for each transaction.
Develop and approve before bulk
Samples, dimensions, materials, finish, packing and applicable tolerances need a shared reference. We coordinate approvals and record the points that require a buyer decision before bulk production begins.
Keep the order visible
We follow agreed production milestones, communicate progress and raise changes to quality, timing or cost early. Stage-appropriate inspection is one part of that work; the goal is to give the buyer a useful view of the whole order, not only a final inspection photograph.
Coordinate documents and dispatch
We work with the responsible mill, exporter, freight and buyer-side parties on packing, shipment documentation and dispatch requirements agreed for the order. We clarify who prepares each document and what the destination buyer needs before goods move.
